Join our team of volunteers

The Scheme welcomes enquiries from those interested in joining who meet the minimum membership criteria. The Scheme is run on a voluntary basis and works in close partnership with Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS).

If you are suitably qualified (see below) and wish to join us as a doctor or driver please contact us for more information.

For doctors joining the Scheme, a structured training programme is in place that will lead to independent PHC practice. A comprehensive range of standard operating procedures (SOPs) are in use and all Scheme members are expected to familiarise themselves with them and work within their guidance.
